Restore utouch-kmod port to iso for QEMU tablet support

This was dropped when I wasn't paying attention. See #359 (comment)

The QEMU tablet is the preferred mouse for Proxmox (KVM/QEMU) virtual machines. When it is turned off, the default PS/2 mouse pointer performs poorly. The utouch-kmod port provides the necessary driver support for the QEMU tablet pointer.
