How to patch .tar.gz files to use in termux app?

I'm new to building termux packages currently I want install foundry (a framework for solidity compiler) in termux app but it didn't work possibly due to the difference between termux and linux distributions. Now I need your help on how to patch the foundry package to use it in termux app.
