gha-runner-scale-set Bad credentials

i getting the below error when the runner is deployed under the http_proxy, but the event say that "Bad credentials", and i am sure that same credential being used in different place, and it is working.

Version : gha-runner-scale-set --version 0.9.2

I am not sure where it went wrong. Please share me any leads how address this?
