How to enable webhook driven scaling with kubectl

We want to configure webhook driven scaling with kubectl. We can't use HELM.
Tell me please, where to get the configuration for kubectl apply?
May be u have step-by-step docs?

Well anyway, maybe you can run helm template to review what you need?

Try running helm template and see the k8s manifests for githubwebhookserver deployment and service. That's what you need to trigger a HRA update on webhook event, which is the core part of the webhook-driven scaling.

I don't know what you exactly mean by We can't use HELM.. But if that means just that you don't use helm upgrade for installing your apps, you can still use helm template to review what you need and still use kubectl apply -f for installing anything you authored manually, or even helm template | kubectl apply -f - to render what rendered by helm with kubectl-apply.
