fix: LINK_TO_PROFILE Doesn't work as expected

Describe the bug

LINK_TO_PROFILE when set to "false" or "False" and the output still links the username

To Reproduce

1. set LINK_TO_PROFILE to "False" or "false"
2. output still has links to the username

Expected behavior

LINK_TO_PROFILE when set to "False" should not link the username
