Solutions menu item should direct to a /solutions page

Description

Whether using the mobile or desktop version of the global navigation menu, clicking on Solutions directs site visitors to the Kanvas page.

Expected Behavior

Users should be directed to a Solutions overview page similar to that depicted in the mockup below.

Sounds good. The page can be divvied into sections with different contributors carrying forward those individual sections. I'll let you all self-organize in this regard. Hopefully, any number of or all of you were on today's weekly Websites meeting in which you can easily coordinate and collaborate with one another.

With that said, don't wait a week before organizing amongst yourselves. I recommend use of the #websites channel in the community Slack.
