Description of issue

Something is not working properly… doesn't feel like it's my config… so a bug? 🤔

brew outdated --cask and brew upgrade --cask --dry-run don't output anything.
brew outdated --formula outputs:

prettier (3.5.3) < 3.6.0

Yet brew bundle upgrade --cleanup upgrades these:

Upgrading prettier
Installing gitup
Installing todoist

Then brew cu (homebrew-cask-upgrade) upgrades this:

Seems like you're checking for updates, and there aren't any for casks. There are for formula. Then brew cu, whatever it is, runs brew outdated --greedy and it forces the update on something that otherwise auto updates.

cu is homebrew-cask-upgrade.
gitup and todoist have actually been renamed to gitup-app and todoist-app – explaining why they were installed by Bundle.
