Feature and motivation

now, i see alomost fw auto have default autowait when find element, but look like selenium lack of this features
even we can custom

Selenium supports the WebDriver ecosystem. Selenium automates browsers, that's it. Many libraries built on top of Selenium provide the auto-wait feature you are looking for, different languages have different implementations. I would highly recommend looking into those. As far as I understand, Selenium wants to provide the base for other frameworks to build on top of and do smart things. Refer: https://www.selenium.dev/ecosystem/.
