Why codedamn is EXCLUDED from HACKTOBER-FEST-2021

The maintainers also do not respond to any kind of query and show that they a busy but they do nothing at all.

Hi, everyone
This same issue had been opened few days before.

Mehul sir informed us that he will be contacting Hacktoberfest team for the issue.
Also, he told that every contributor whose PR will be merged successfully will be getting the official CODEDAMN T-Shirt irrespective of the fact that this project will be included in Hacktoberfest or not.

So, Don't worry guys.. Just complete the project and learn something from this project.

And, for completing the required 4 PRs for the hacktoberfest 2021, you should try to contribute in other open source project as if this project will not be included then also your 4 PRs will be completed.

@vinayvikram sir can you please tell the reason behind it, that why the repo was marked excluded even if it is providing goodies to contributors.

I don't know the reason.
I am not from the CODEDAMN team..

But, It seems that hacktoberfest team has done some automation using bots to identify the repo's which are not following the rule and exclude them from the fest. They told that these exclusion can't be undo.

It may be that because of large numbers of unmerged PRs, this repo had been excluded.

I think, we should wait for the codedamn team to do something regarding this.
