Notification listeners do not work on android 16

In my flutter application I use the latest version of the package, and I have Android 16 beta installed on my pixel 7, and my notification listeners do not work, although in other versions of Android they worked and work without problems, and I wonder if this is a bug in the beta version of Android or something has changed in the notification configs, maybe you know something about this?
