Existing Sample Changes
Description
This change remove speific component samples.
oneDAL - there was no oneDAL samples - in fact there were daal4py python samples
daal4py/scikit-learn - those samples exist within scikit-learn repository and validated regularly
Modin- no longer Intel's product
numba-dpex - deprecated product
dpctl/dpnp - samples are part of component repos and get validated there regularly
