What is in this Pull Request ?
This adds the NewFileName parameter to Convert-PnPFile (similar to Add-PnPFile)
I mostly did this so that it is easier that deal with existing files in the target location (instead of just having to overwrite or not saving at all)
Also added a warning if the extension of the chosen NewFileName doesn't match the convertedto format and expanded the Command Documentation.
