Describe the bug
The Move Columns UI design requires excessive tabbing to navigate between columns, making selection inefficient. A list-based UI would improve usability and accessibility.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the URL https://dev.azure.com/eDADPlayground/SCRUMProject .
2. Expand left navigation and select boards-->Retrospectives.
3. Navigate to group tab and activate with enter key.
4. Navigate to Feedback item and press space on 'Feedback Menu Options' button.
5. Attempt to navigate between columns using the keyboard.
6. Observe that tabbing is required to move through the button options.

Expected behavior
The columns should be displayed in a list format, allowing users to quickly navigate using the up/down arrow keys, making selection more efficient.
