Group Tab in Azure DevOps/Boards/Retrospectives should enable affinity diagram beyond swim lanes

To me, the great value of grouping in retrospectives comes from affinity diagramming after the individuals have each labeled their stop, start, continue cards, for instance - so that similar cards may be grouped by affinity and the group votes on the clustered affinity, not the individual cards expression of an idea. This gets much closer to gradients of agreement or consensus than single cards can provide.
