Unable to group items

When grouping items, after attempting to type the title of a feedback card to group, the app stops working:

We've seen the same thing. Make a retro board. Add a couple comments to the first column. Move the state to Group. Try anything you can think of to group those cards. Drag-drop A onto B. Use the menu option to "Group" and errors as soon as you put ANYTHING into the prompt of what title to group on.

It's unfortunate because I talked someone into using an AzDO retro board instead some internet-based generic sticky-notes type site because retro boards supported grouping, etc. Not a great look when it doesn't work.

The same problem is happening within our Retro boards.

Users add feedback within each column in the retro board.

I select the 'Group' menu option so I can group similar tickets together.

Issue 1 - When I try and drag two similar tickets together the selected ticket does not group with the ticket that it is dropped on.

Issue 2 - If select the three dots within the ticket you want to group then as soon as you type within the title prompt you see a 'We detected an error in the application' error message on screen. Not great when you are in the middle of a Retrospective with your team.

@BenDrage, I believe a release included something to fix grouping problems, at least the drag and dropping one. The grouping from three-dot button may still need to be fixed.

I get the same error when trying to group cards using the ellipsis menu. The other way to group cards using the drag + drop has also stopped working since upgrading to the 1.80.10 version. Both grouping options are now not working. Will the next update resolve this issue?

@lwong072022 - the latest release is 1.80.11. Still looking into the three dot failures, but dragging and dropping should be resolved.
