Bug: Feedback items can span wider than the columns they're in with some window sizes.

Describe the bug
When the window is of a certain size and there are five columns, sometimes the feedback items extend beyond the bounds of the columns.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a retro with five columns
2. Have the AzDO left navigation be expanded out
3. Add a feedback item
4. See the item's border cross the column border

Expected behavior
The width of the feedback item should probably adjust to the size of the column.
