The color of the bars in the team assessment summary aren't representative with the overall score

Looking at the graph below, I'm failing to understand why the first two questions have red bars associated to them when their overall score are much higher than questions 3 and 4 that happen to have yellow bars associated with them.

I can confirm that all team members have answered each question, and that the calculation for the average score for each question is correct. So why does the extension shows red bars for scores higher than those with yellow bars?

The red just represents that 14.3% of the responses you received fell into the "Unfavorable" rating. The majority of the bar is green, which represents the 9.1 rating. If you were to have "Unfavorable" and "Neutral" votes, the bar would contain both red and yellow sections.

Thanks for your reply. In our case, a team of 7 engineers, the results for work-life balance were like this:

2. 10
3. 9
4. 9
5. 9
6. 9
7. 9

The average is about 9.1, that seems to be calculated correctly by the extension. However, the bar is showing red as if it there was a reason to be concerned, but in reality it should've been (I'm guessing) better to be shown as green, no? And if someone had voted a much lower value, like 6, then the graph could've shown some yellow?

In other words, when the team saw the red bar, we were like "Geez...we're not doing something right", but it turns out that we are because the lowest is 9 (which is in the green zone of the popup that we use to assign the value). In this case would the value "9" be considered as "Unfavorable" or "Neutral"? If it is, then I guess I don't understand how the logic works. A value of "6" would be deemed, I don't know... "neutral" perhaps because it's close to 5 (middle value), and anything less than 5 might be considered "Unfavorable"? Perhaps knowing what makes a value fall into "Neutral" or "Unfavorable" would help to make sense of the graph.

That's what I meant in my initial question. I think that the graph is showing red when perhaps it shouldn't.
