File extension of Kitware/CMake/3.17.2.Yaml in CamelCase

The Kitware/CMake/3.17.2.Yaml file name should read 3.17.2.yaml.

There may be more similar cases worth to unify w/ lower-case.

This is something we should look at with the validation pipeline as a more "broad" feature/function to standardize on ".yaml".

@denelon It looks like the file no longer exists, and a quick search doesn't return any other files that have incorrect casing of their extension. Is there still work to be done here, or have the pipelines been updated (or will this not be implemented) ?

This has not been implemented in the validation service. This feature should stay open.
