Architecture-aware installer (x86/arm64)

Question

Is it possible to build an MSI or a setup.exe that is x86, but chooses the correct x86/arch64 arch for installation?

Since Windows has an emulator for x86 running on its arm64 devices, there's no reason an installer can't be x86 to install and then make its choice of which MSI to install based on WIX_NATIVE_MACHINE.

Yes, Burn can do this today. This is a very normal use case, in fact. ✅

You do have to build separate MSIs. 😢

Are there docs on how to use burn to do this? Or would reading the Burn docs enlighten me on how to do so?
