WiX 4 Trying to get the application to run in the foreground

Question

I am trying to launch an executable after the install is done. I'm not using the the UI. The executable launches, but it is buried in the background where I need it to be in the foreground. Any help with how to accomplish this?

Here is my custom action configuration.
