Support `power` in watts for all Voltage and Current sensors

The Adafruit_Sensor library doesn't include an option for power, as mentioned in this issue: https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_Sensor/issues/19

This is an issue to monitor that need/issue for Wippersnapper usage, and then update the relevant component definitions+wrappers.
