Closes: #337

This PR makes the GitHub MCP server more feature-complete by adding organization-related capabilities.

Changes

  • Added organization-related tools to the MCP server toolsets:
    • list_organizations: Lists organizations the authenticated user is a member of
    • get_organization: Gets detailed information about a specific organization
  • Created test file organizations_test.go with comprehensive tests for both organization functions
  • Updated README.md to document the new organization toolset and tools
