GitHub Appeal and Reinstatement missing a redirect?

What?

Similar to other site policy docs, I believe our current GitHub Appeal and Reinstatement doc is missing a redirect from /articles/github-appeal-and-reinstatement

This is effecting emails sent out to repository owners whose repository has been disabled due to Terms of Service violations via stafftools, and manual statement of reason emails. (from a code search on org:github)

Should we add that redirect here or make adjustments to URLs linked from my search above?
