This PR adds the Week 03 progress report blog post for DMP 2025.
In this blog, I document my work on translating and scaling the context generation system for Music Blocks' internationalization. Highlights include:

• Translating ~70 RAG-generated context strings using DeepL, including both Kana and Kanji variants for Japanese.
• Sharing translations with mentors Walter and Devin for validation.
• Starting batch-processing logic to automate context generation for all 1535 msgids in the .po file.
• Planning a GitHub workflow to maintain and regenerate context data automatically whenever translation-related changes are merged.

The blog post also covers challenges in translation accuracy, batch processing efficiency, and long-term maintenance planning for the i18n system.
