Data Dictionary & API links are not displayed correctly #827
Description
The Data Dictionary (describedBy) and API endpoint URLs are supposed to be displayed much like a Landing Page URL. This was originally described in #366
Here's an example where the Data Dictionary URL only appears in the "Additional Metadata" table
https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/consumer-complaint-database
The API endpoint URL is listed as Web Page but since the format is specified as "API" it should instead be labeled as "API Endpoint"
Here's the annotated mockup from #366 to show how these links are supposed to be displayed
