Fix mame-tools metadata: List provided programs correctly

mame-tools shows no programs provided with the package despite providing the following packages:

castool chdman floptool imgtool jedutil ldresample ldverify romcmp

while mame doesn't have the programs above but they are listed in the package meta-description or the programs provided section.

Yes please! I think a good first step would be to see if nix run .#flake-info -- --json nixpkgs unstable (implemented with https://github.com/NixOS/nixos-search/blob/main/flake-info/src/commands/nixpkgs_info.rs#L61) returns the right information. Likely it does not, so a good first start would be to figure out why :)

I suspect nixpkgs just doesn't make this information available without actually building the package. It would be interesting to make this information indexable. I have no experience with the tool, but possible it could be on top of https://github.com/nix-community/nix-index ?
