Describe the Bug

Hello i have been having an issue for a couple months now, where cider does not use the audio output i manually have set in windows settings. Every time i start the app it always uses the default audio output device instead, so i have to go back into sound settings and switch it to some other device and then back to the one i want to use. In addition to this, the application name also changes back to Microsoft Edge WebView2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Cider and play something

2. While playing, go into windows sound settings

3. Find Cider in the list and change it's output device

(Application Name should be either Cider Audio Playback or Microsoft Edge WebView2)

4. After checking that the audio plays through the correct device, close Cider (make sure there are no background processes too).

5. Open Cider and play something (again)

You should now be able to observe that cider is playing through the default windows audio device instead of the previously specified one

Fix this by changing the output device to something else and then change it back to the device you want, but the issue will present itself again on the next launch.
