🔧 Project Title: Loom Management System (LMS)
🎯 Purpose:
To monitor and manage the productivity, performance, and scheduling of looms in a textile factory. The system can be used by operators, supervisors, and managers.

✅ Core Modules & Features:

  1. Loom Registration & Configuration
    Register each loom with details:

Loom ID

Type (Handloom, Powerloom, Auto)

Location/Section

Maximum RPM

Assigned Operator

  1. Shift & Operator Management
    Manage shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)

Assign operators to looms per shift

Operator login system with performance tracking

  1. Real-Time Status Monitoring
    Display loom status:

Running

Idle

Under Maintenance

Error/Stopped

Live dashboard for supervisors

  1. Production Tracking
    Track meters/yards produced per loom per shift

Compare planned vs actual output

Show downtime and reason codes (e.g., thread break, maintenance)

  1. Maintenance Scheduling
    Schedule preventive maintenance

Notify upcoming maintenance tasks

Log maintenance history and parts replaced

    Alert for:
