Steps to reproduce

I simply used the function and then moved the window.

✔️ Expected Behavior

While moving, the border stays with the window

❌ Actual Behavior

The border stays with the windows but it has created a new border.

Even if i disable the always on top with the shortcut, the border stays.

I need to restart Powertoys to let the ghost border go away.
