Missing releases and assets

Hey there 👋!

I was looking at the this repo's Releases and found that the latest release there is for 1.68, although VS Code is at version 1.70 (soon to be 1.71) and the extensions' latest releases are for 1.71 [1].

Is there a reason for why the automated releases with their release assets have stopped appearing? Would love to see them again 🧡!

@filiptronicek we recently moved the language pack publishing to using the release pipelines that we use across multiple extensions but that doesn't support publishing to GH releases. I've left a comment on an open issue in that repo that we want this for language packs too.
