Menubar quick alt key repeated in es_ES language pack

Let's say you want to Expand Emmet Abbreviation and for some reason you can't use the Tab key or editor is not recognizing the command automatically.

You would probably go to the Menubar → Edit → Emmet: Expand Abbreviation, or, to do it faster, press the "Alt → E → x" key combination, which is fine in English.

Well, it's not that easy in Spanish because the Edit menu and the Run menu both starts with the same letter, so "Edit" and "Run" have the same hot alt key "E" underlined and when you press "Alt → E" it is the Run menu which is opening instead of the Edit menu.

That's frustrating sometimes and (almost in my case) the user could prefer to not change the program's language and leave it in English.

though that might not have been the right instance of Editar.

For me this is still happening. I've recently formatted my computer so I have last versions of both VS Code and Spanish Language Pack and its behaviour is the same.
