Russian localization mistake for commands in context menu

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.98.1
• OS Version: Win11 24h2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add to file function that can be exported from another
2. Right click on it to show context menu «Quick fix»

There is two problems actually:

1. The sentence for command «Add import» has structure verb noun but translated to Russian as verb verb. Correct phrase is «Добавить импорт» that has the same structure verb noun
2. The translation for second command at screenshot «Change spelling for …» hasn't any crytical mistake but has different… idk… vibe. For me as native Russian speaker it sound like [Please someone] change spelling for… but I assume that action means [I want to] change spelling for … so more correct translate is «Изменить написание для …»
