Macedonian translations

Hi there,

I'd like to contribute and help with maintaining the Macedonian language translations for VSCode.

I've reviewed the docs and understand the actual translations are managed on the Microsoft Localization Platform. I would appreciate guidance on the proper procedure to start contributing.
