Folder permissions

Is there a way already to configure permissions for folders?

Payload collections' access control seems not to apply for its folders.

If the collections' 'create' permissions return 'false', the "create folder" button should disappear.

Similarly, maybe it's worth a thought setting permissions to toggle 'browseByFolder' from the admin ui, given a user's role.
