[Feature Request] UI: Response Panel Split Horizontally

It'll be awesome if bruno allow user to configure Request and Response Panel will be split horizontally. like postman would.

I am working on it, my plan is to add a "Dock to bottom" and "Dock to right" icon to the ResponsePanel like in the following mockup. It will save the position to the user preferences.
