Ubuntu package doesn't seem to include the CMake configs

Not sure if right place to make an issue; still, from what I could search the package you're supposed to install for this in Ubuntu and similar is libzmq3-dev, which includes zmq and zmqcpp, but for some reason it doesn't include this project's CMake configs to be able to include it as a package, while building it makes it include those properly.
