Migrate from clrzmq4 to NetMQ

Hello,
I used clrzmq in a c# project.
Since clrzmq is no longer maintained, I have to migrate to using NetMQ.
Please there is Any advice or a reliable technique to do the migration ? I have to redo all the zmq part codes from scratch?
