Hi, i have checked every constant in ZMQ class defined in the file api.php (https://github.com/mkoppanen/php-zmq/blob/master/api.php)

Both ZMQ::ERR_EAGAIN and ZMQ::ERR_ENOTSUP have a different value that occurs at runtime.
I would like to discuss if it's right, before sending the commit.

If you like, you can check with this script.
const-zeromq.zip

ZMQ::ERR_EAGAIN => defined 35 but in runtime is 11
ZMQ::ERR_ENOTSUP => defined 45 but in runtime is 95
ZMQ::LIBZMQ_VER => defined 4.1.4 but in runtime is 4.2.2
ZMQ::LIBZMQ_VERSION => defined 4.1.4 but in runtime is 4.2.2
ZMQ::LIBZMQ_VERSION_ID => defined 40104 but in runtime is 40202
ZMQ::LIBZMQ_VERSION_MINOR => defined 1 but in runtime is 2
ZMQ::LIBZMQ_VERSION_PATCH => defined 4 but in runtime is 2
