Use

The contents of this repository can be downloaded either from the GitHub repo using git:

git clone https://github.com/JJ/analysis-colleganza-contract

or from the release made at the same repository, which contains all files in it.

You can use Rstudio to replicate the paper from the data, which is kept in the data repository for R files, data-raw for CSV and JSON files.

The analysis and generation of all figures and tables in the paper is embedded in its source; in order to reproduce it, load main.Rtex in RStudio after downloading this repository, and click on "PDF" to generate it.
