Add a warning when higher version are not handled (like Pulseq 1.5.0)

Pulseq 1.5.0 has been released (in matlab). KomaMRI does not handle this version

Maybe we can just add a warning for version higher to a specific version

Have you encountered any problems using Pulseq 1.5.0? I think most of it should work.
