What happened?

The following looks suspicious:

/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/01-armbian-defaults.conf

How to reproduce?

dpkg -L armbian-bsp-cli-bananapim2plus-current|grep X11

adjust for your SBC
