[Bug]: /usr/lib/armbian/armbian-allwinner-battery: line 14: bc: command not found

What happened?

I built images for Rockchip/Meson64/RPi - with extra customizations so that the bc package is missing (on purpose).
This revealed that for some reason the script /usr/lib/armbian/armbian-allwinner-battery is being ran on login.
I suppose that is not intended for those boards (instead only for sunxi?) so some cleanup is pending.

How to reproduce?

Not relevant -- but if one must reproduce, just apt purge bc from any image and re-login.

This is the reason:
/etc/update-motd.d/30-armbian-sysinfo:source /usr/lib/armbian/armbian-allwinner-battery

#the equivalent for your board
$ dpkg -S /etc/update-motd.d/30-armbian-sysinfo
armbian-bsp-cli-bananapim2plus-current: /etc/update-motd.d/30-armbian-sysinfo

It's the armbian-bsp package (which, btw, fails to properly declare the dependency on bc).

The "missing dep on bc" is only for the allwinner thing. And I guess we don't want allwinner things on non-allwinner boards to begin with.
