Add DS_Store to git ignore can add a comment at the top explaining what it is

I think this is not a Swift related rule. I think it needs to be added to gitignore/Global/macOS.gitignore Line 2 in 8779ee7 |

.DS_Store don’t add to your project and could leak data from other file names you didn’t stage for checkin.
