Admin - place order for out of stock product

Description (*)

Add the ability to place Admin orders for out of stock products.

Expected behavior (*)

Setting in configuration that allows Admin orders the ability to place an order for an out of stock product.

Benefits

The current work around is:

1. Change the Product Stock Status from "Out Of Stock" to "In Stock",
2. Place an order in the Admin for the product,
3. Change the Product Stock Status back to "Out Of Stock"

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.

As per the document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-admin/inventory/configuration/backorders when we enable backorders Backorders allow your store to continue selling products after the quantity reaches zero or is effectively out of stock.

Hence we are closing this issue.
