Update samples to work with pac test run

Describe the bug

The samples like Button Clicker need to be updated to work with the new pac test run of version 1.46.3 or greater

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone the repository
2. Change to samples\buttonclicker
3. Default to using pac cli

Expected Behavior: Should have sample that works with pac cli
Actual Behavior: Required the source code version to be compiled to run the sample
