AHDS De-Identification Service Integration

The integration of the Azure Health and Data Services (AHDS) de-identification service with Microsoft’s Presidio library is a strategic step for enhancing the capabilities of both systems. Allowing Presidio to call the de-identification service will combine the popularity and customization possibilities of Presidio with the tight focus on PHI provided by the de-identification service.

Describe the solution you'd like
The project will focus on developing an out-of-the-box integration into Presidio by creating a custom remote recognizer. I am a member of the AHDS team and will be opening a PR for this issue.

Two years ago, there were discussions between the AHDS Team and Microsoft Presidio team about this integration. Please let me know if there are any questions!

That's a great idea. We can do something similar to the Azure AI Language implementation: https://github.com/microsoft/presidio/blob/main/presidio-analyzer/presidio_analyzer/predefined_recognizers/azure_ai_language.py if there's a pypi package, or use the rest API if not.
