Option to disable dropdown options automatic optimization

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When dropdown options have commonalities, the commonalities are automatically moved out of the dropdown and into the block text. This creates a discrepancy between what you see in the dropdown and what you see in the Jacdac role manager. In the depicted example the options should be led ring 1, led ring 2, led ring 3, led ring 4. Instead they are 1, 2, 3, 4.

I would like to be able to turn off this optimization with a jsdoc block comment.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We can use ledRing1, but this apparently goes against micro:bit standards for approved extensions.
