[Feature] prevent focus steal to output window on file save

### Request Overview

Whenever I save a `CMakeLists.txt` file, cmake reconfigures automatically (which is nice), but the focus immediately moves to the output window. 

I do not want this specific behavior. 

Feature request: Allow an option to steal focus to the output window 
* always 
* only on failure or errors 
* never
