2. Repro platform: Windows, Linux, Mac

Repro steps:

1. Open VScode and change the display language to CHS
2. Open setting page and input “cmake.exclude”, check the description localization for cmake.exclude setting

Expected result:

Description should be localized for cmake.exclude setting

Actual result:

Description is not localized for cmake.exclude setting
