Project field in NewIssue.md is not linking issue to project

• Extension version: 0.108.0
• VSCode Version: 1.99.3
• OS: MacOS 15.3.1, Windows 11
• Repository Clone Configuration: Single Repo
• Github Product: GitHub.com

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Given a GitHub project with a single associated repo,
2. In extension sidebar, under issues, use + to create new issue,
3. Fill in NewIssue.md with Project name,
4. Choose create issue,
5. Open issue in the GitHub repo,
6. Project is not assigned.
7. All manner of project name format tried, no success

You need to provide additional authentication to set projects. Do command "Trigger Suggestion" while your cursor is after "Projects:" to get the sign in prompt.
